Extended Stay America – Baltimore – Glen Burnie

ATTENTION ALL: please reconsider staying here sole on the basis that room 303 is severely infested with bedbugs. On Nov 7^th, several of us stayed in rooms 303 and 332 and those in 303 were covered with itchy rashes within one day. Of course, medical attention was immediately sought and the diagnosis was that the rash was undeniably caused by bedbug bites. Once diagnosed, we did also immediately called the hotel and reported this. The manager also called me back and informed me that Orkin will be called in to inspect. He stated that he would update me and call back in approximately 48 hours. Lastly, i want folks to know that i did file an official report to the Anne Arundel Health Department. Please please do not stay there…

I had a decent stay my first time so I returned and was told I couldn’t get a room because I had had issues with the police on the previous stay… which is a complete lie. Needless to say embarassing.

This was a nice place. People were very nice and helpful
