We signed our original contract 3 years ago with a rate of $ 77. It has now gone up for the 6th time to $ 127. We have never once paid a bill late or had any additional services added. I do not understand how Extra Space Storage justifies the random rate increases. I was not even notified for this latest increase. The unit is ok and the building is clean I just don’t agree with the rent increases. We had mice twice and I had to set traps myself to handle the issue. The door to one of the entrances was not closing properly allowing mice to enter. They fixed the door after awhile but I was looked at funny when I notified the office. Overall my goal is to get a bigger house and get out of the rental before they are charging me $ 200 a month. Be careful and do research if you are looking for a storage unit.
