I ordered online for a Fitbit charge on Black Friday, mMy order was supposed to be ready for the pick up on December 1,2015 at there sterling location. Received a call from sales rep Naveed this morning saying the product has been discontinued and cannot be delivered. I informed him the whole world is selling Fitbit charge and these folks are informing its discontinued. They have asked me to come to the store so they can suggest an alternate for which I was not interested and asked him to cancel the order for which he informed it cannot be cancelled and forwarded my call to customer service, it’s been 1 hr and 25 mins still waiting for customer service, I would never ever buy anything at this store or online… Rated to be The worst store.

If you know what you want and can do a little price comparison, this place is ok. However, DONOTBUYTHEIRWARRANTY! It is absolute garbage. They go through a warranty company who then finds local incompetent contractors. We’ve had a broken dishwasher in our rental property and as of now it has taken three weeks and it still hasn’t been repaired. The repair guy keeps coming out with the wrong part. The sales guy says that they’ll repair the machine or just get you a new one if it can’t be fixed. They are totally clueless as to the warranty they’re selling.

Aside from these previous reviewers who sought service from HH Greg, I went here knowing what I wanted with the intention of buying a grill for someone knowing I would reimbursed… I can’t imagine not buying any electronic device off the internet these days. — These guys were okay. The only thing I was not happy with was waiting nearly half an hour for them to find the correct item and reel it out to the front of the store, so I could load it into my car.

I went in for a roku and a converter. They upsold me to an Apple TV. They also sold me the cables and as they said they threw in the warranty for free without asking. On closer inspection I paid for every warranty and bought cables upon recommendation I didn’t need. Don’t trust them.

I bought a dryer from this location and had it delivered and installed. Terrible time, Starting out they delivered the incorrect dryer. I was flexible enough and accepted the one they brought, no problem. When delivering they banged into the walls three times, I know it was three because I had to fix two of them and paint over the third. They went to install it they did not have the correct hose and clamps so they would have to come back. Okay an inconvenience but I can deal with it. While the two men were there the one was moving the dryer and other was walking around my basement making comments about my house. This may have been innocent but it creeped me OUT. A different set of two came back the second time and brought a second dryer off the truck and to the door, I said«the dryer is already here it just needs installed and the old one taken away.» This was the original dryer I was supposed to have. No problem, they put it back on the truck and came in to install the first dryer which I had moved into place, so they didn’t nick up any more of my walls, still not a big deal it was my choice to move it into place. The installer did have the hose and clamps but no tools. I am NOT kidding, he had left them out in the truck and asked me if I had a knife and a screwdriver. Ok I did have tools right there in the room, no big deal. He then put the hose on top of the dryer and started to cut the hose, going straight through the dryer hose and scratching the top of the dryer. Okay I thought this is a dryer –NOT my car, so even with the wide light scratches from the metal hose and the deep long scratch from carpet cutting knife I didn’t refuse the install and ask to return the dryer. I just wanted the dryer put in and the people out of my house. They could not get the hose to fit with my existing vent system. When they told me they could not install it and they would have to schedule another time to come out but they wanted me to sign their paperwork that they had been there and done work. The paperwork had several spaces with fine print with legal jargon. I signed the papers, they left, I called the installation service and cancelled the rest of the instal service, I still have the old dryer in my garage. The people were clean and pleasant just seemed unable to do the correct job. The dryer is working well and does a better job than my previous dryer I called a local handyman who had done other things at my house, he was done in a short time with his own tools and didn’t snoop around the rooms in basement. I learned a big lesson. I would NOT recommend this hhgreg for anything delivered or installed.

I waited far too long to be helped. Too many young salesmen standing around watching TV. And when it was time to purchase the product, I had to settle for the floor model. They couldn’t even pack it in the original box or give me the user’s guide. This made it quite difficult to install the product once I got it home. I will not shop at this store again. The only good thing from the experience was the price of the product.
