I lived here for a year a little while back, and now a good friend of mine does.
Good Points:
Spacious Townhouses
Decent parking
Ok neighbors
Maintenance is quick, only comes into your place when you ask or they notify you days ahead of time
Ability to pay online
No roaches/​bed bugs
Friendly office staff
Bad points:
Expensive
Area isn’t the safest
Rental policies were vague and strict
Small cabinet space
Overall, I’d recommend the place if you’re in the market for a townhouse, just be prepared to pay some jacked-​up prices for a less-​than-​secure area.
