Marshalls is my favorite store and this location is closest to my house. The selection and prices are great, but the staff is desperately lacking(hence the 3 stars). The woman who runs the fitting room makes you feel like a criminal and the manager(an older man with glasses) is so rude! I went to the front to return an item and he demanded that I go to the end of the line(there was nobody in line!) A nice male employee helped me and then this guy proceeds to say«this is what happens when you take people out of line» when the next customer walks up! What the heck!!? Don’t talk about your customers! Especially in front of them!

I have been shopping at this Marshalls for years and it has been an up and down experience. They seem to be more oriented towards the Women’s Fashion industry lately with the Men’s Department shrinking somewhat. Especially in the business attire sector. The dress shirts and tie inventory has really nose dived the past several years. I was in here last week and there was one tiny tie rack with a horrible selection of very mediocre ties. Some were priced $ 20.00 ! They have to be kidding. Every Ralph Lauren shirt is always priced over $ 30.00 and I wouldn’t want to be buried in some of them. I wouldn’t think Ralph would either. This place is still not bad if you are looking for casual wear, socks, active wear. I just don’t go as often with the competition increasing and the Mall anchors offering incredible sales thru the STILL recovering economy.

I almost fell asleep in this branch. Somehow this branch does not get you in shop mode. I think its the layout. Items look like its been there for a while. Like all the rejects from other branches comes here @ regular Marshal’s price type of branch.

The lady working the fitting room is rude and unhelpful. I never understood people with attitudes at work, especially retail. I’ve never been treated so disrespectful before. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I didn’t catch her name, but will be buying clothes elsewhere. Way to lose business Marshalls.

Not a fan. I’ve been in here a few times and every time I leave empty handed. Clothing and shoe options are very limited for women. There is a lot for teenagers and a lot for older women, but anything in-between is pretty lacking. I know I’m not the only mid-20 year old female in the area!

I used to love this place. I’m not sure why it went downhill. Maybe it’s the disorganization of this one particular store or the staff. It just needs some upbeat people and remodeling. Make me come back Marshall’s.

I’m not the shopper at Marshalls, the wife is. The store was very cluttered and clothes were everywhere. But the wife found several outfits for her and the teenager so she was happy…

Prices can be great if you are willing to sort through things. Not everything is a great deal, so pay attention. My major complaint is that there is almost always a line a mile long. I have put many items back because I didn’t want to stand in line for twenty minutes.

It’s Marshall’s … designer goods for half the price. So naturally, like other Marshall’s, it’s a bit«ghetto», but it’s right on the Glen Burnie /Pasadena line, so what do you expect? I have a friend who lives in the area and i stop by here frequently to pass the time when he’s running late from work. I have been able to find a number of high-end kitchen items and great prices — anything from kitchen pans to niche cooking items like Saigon Cinnamon and truffle oil. I haven’t really bothered with clothes shopping there, but have browsed a couple of times and seem to have a good selection. The store is pretty clean for a discount store, and the staff is generally polite. The checkout line can be a bit disorganized, and you’ll need to be vocal to get someone’s attention for check out, but it’s nothing atypical. If you’re a bargain hunter, this place should be on your go to list.

Great finds for great prices. Expect a long wait in line and not the friendliest employees.

Bargain shopping at its finest! It’s in a nice strip mall in G. B, but is messy at times. Really great deals, especially if you need some dog bowls or designer clothes. Best time to go is early in the day and during the week. Customer service is good and the cashiers are friendly.

I found plenty of designer items at bargain basement prices at this Marshalls. I was happy with that. Five stars for this Marshalls. There were plenty of designer glad rags to choose from in many sizes. And as Vida O. says, mid-day Friday was ideal. I had the rack of dresses to myself(except for 1 instance and I will refrain from going into the slap-o-gram I almost had to deliver to this lady…). The dressing room did not have cast-off clothing strewn about and the attendant let me take double the number of allowable items in for the little try on session. The checkout line is another story. One star debit due to the long, winding, amusement park style line. Plus, the little old man in front of me «used to run the Montgomery Wards in Annapolis Mall for thirty years» yet when his ass got up to the cashier, he told her his item did not have a price on it. WTFMF??? You mean to tell me you used to run a department store but you get up to the register with an item that has no price? Seriously dude? When I finally checked out, I encountered a polite, courteous, thorough cashier. I really appreciated her for patting-down each garment I purchased so I didn’t walk out or get home with one of those beige sens-o-matic tags on my clothes. As Marshalls go, this one was pretty well organized. Neatly arranged. And had plenty of stock. I’m a fan.

Hands downs best Marshalls ever. I was really reluctant to share this place with anyone b/c it’s so darn good. But then I thought, who would go all the way out to Glen Burnie aka The Land of Kevin Federlines for some discounted goods? Seriously though, because people in this town really don’t have taste beyond Guess knockoffs, Sketchers, Kathy Lee Gifford, wife-beaters and pre-teen pregnancy there’s so many good items here! I’ve bought half my shoes from here for $ 30 or less(I have 50+ pairs of shoes) and their all name brand, Kenneth Cole, J. Simpson, BCBG, Cole Haan, etc. I’ve bought Anne Klein suits for $ 60 and Coach wallets for $ 50, Betsey Johnson, DKNY, Express… the list goes on and on and on. They have a ton of stuff for everyone for every occasion. I could stay in here for hours, whenever my mom comes along with me, she just does her own browsing in housewares and bathroom and then plops down on a ottoman while I pick clothes and shoes for her(I’m her stylist). Not to mention that all the rack browsing give you one kickass arm workout focusing on shoulders and triceps: D Another plus, Fresh World is right next door so you can shop your buns off at Marshalls and then gorge yourself on Asian yummies: D***
