Next Day Floors

I wish I could give less than an ¹⁄₈ of a star! Thats’ how bad Next Day Floors are. From the salesperson to the store manager to the installation to the crappy product. It was ALL worse than HORRIBLE! Its been 2 months and I still don’t have a completed floor. Oh, maybe I accidently called Next Year Floors!

I had such horrible service with a big box home improvement store that I gave up, took the sample to Bill’s and said, «I would like something like this for a reasonable price without being taken to the cleaners!»
They were able to pick out a similar carpet, came out to measure in a timely manner that fit with my schedule, and provided me with additional options to meet my price range. While we had some trouble with the carpet manufacturer and production dates (no fault of Bill’s Carpet Fair), they were super responsive and courteous while we worked out the situation.
The installers arrive a few minute early, addressed any questions I had, and went to work. They were in and out of there in no time, the carpet looked fantastic and all I had to do was run a vacuum over it.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the product, the price, and the service I received from Bill’s. I will definitely be using them again in the future when I replace carpet in other parts of the house.

Stopped in to view some rug samples. Big warehouse, hundreds of rug styles and they do hardwood flooring, too. Good sales pitch and we didn’t feel pressured to buy. Will be back soon.
