What a waste of time, I tried to order a carry/​pick up order past 10pm and apparently they don’t allow order at there store front. The person tells me it is for the safety, but when I tried to order delivery to there own address the guy tells me we can work something out at some other random location but not there own. So you are telling me it’s ok to a driver in danger but not the store front in the same «danger». What gets me is the guy I was speaking with said how unsafe the store front was, wells that’s like saying my neighborhood is infested with drugs, prostitution and crime where people are getting rapped, robbed and murdered???

I swear they can’t read an order properly. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza on thin crust.
I got a buffalo chicken pizza on a regular crust. even the label says thin crust. I’m not going to wait another 45 mins for another pizza this time of the night.
Hire people who can friggin read come on.

Pizza always tastes great but half the time I’ve ordered from this location they have delivered my pizza to the wrong place or delivered the wrong pizza.

No huge complaints. I came in once to pick up a pizza I ordered online and it wasn’t ready. I had to wait a good 20 – 30 minutes for them to make it. The guy behind the register gave it to me for free since I had to wait. I really appreciated that! Sometimes the customer service isn’t the best other times i’ve gone, but I don’t expect much from a pizza joint. The pizza is good, fresh, and satisfying very time.

I’ve never had issues with delivery personnel. As a matter of fact I always get my pizza way before the estimated 30 – 45 minutes and the pizza is always hot and fresh! They’ve never messed up an order.

We used to order from here every week. We’ve had 1 or 2 dodgy delivery persons but for the most part no problems. I’ve never had any problems ever with the actual pizza.

The delivery people here should not own a license or vehicles. They are horribly bad drivers. I know this from seeing them on the road all the time cutting me off or speeding by me. Also because my pizza is always odd looking like it’s been shifted around a lot. The pizza is good but they really do have bad customer service. You have to pay for extra peppers and sauce which I think is ridiculous but whatever. I will always come back for the taste.

I like the pizza. However, I’ve had several bad experiences here with the staff. The current manager gave me a refund when I had to wait for a remake on an order I had phoned in (made my day by the way) I definitely will go back.
