Worst experience ever. I’ve had a lot of dental work in the past and knows what to expect most of the time. The first time I had a filling done, it was pretty pain free and I didn’t use novicane. I needed a crown placed recently and expected some discomfort. The price changed several times before I actually got it done. Then they convinced me that I needed a special kind of cleaning that was not covered by my insurance. Ok. No pain before my crown, afterwards, I got ulcers all over my tongue, that were very painful. I called the office the next morning. No one called back. Called again the next day, got a return call from the assistant much later in the day telling me to buy a certain OTC product. Next day, tooth that had crown became painful. Dr Millers office was closed, it was a Friday. Dealt with pain through weekend. Finally got through on Monday, the secretary told me that he said, go see an endodontist. Not once did he talk to me. Ended up with a root canal. Today I had my permanent crown placed and he was down right rude to me. Never did he ask how I was feeling. Overpriced and rude
