Most of the staff is helpful. I gave a 3 because a cashier overcharged me for an item buy ringing it up 3X’s. I came back the next day and the same lady was there. I told her about what happened and asked if it could be corrected she got an attitude and said it wasn’t her. I then showed her my receipt with her name on it and she remembered me and basically threw the money at me. It was so weird because we had a great conversation the day before, which is the reason I forgot to look at my receipt before I left the store. I mean wow an «i’m sorry for the inconvenience, have a great day would have been nice.» Happy I got my money back but some people I tell you.

Pros: they have cute kitties to scope out.
Cons: they don’t have good clearance sales.
But the staff is really friendly and there is ample parking.
I just come here to walk around and watch the fishes swim by. Lol

Are all Petsmart layouts the same? Yes, which makes it super easy to find what you need with your eyes closed.
I needed some dog food for my little besties so I picked up my 30lb bag. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes! I was greeted politely at the register and asked for my rewards card, which I forgot. Not a problem as she asked me for my digits.
This location is out in the cut so it’s not as busy as the other one on Mountain Rd.
