There is one member of the staff that is always rude and on the phone or talking to her boyfriend instead of helping the patrons. I have made several complaints and even talked to the owner. The last straw was when she was rude to me over asking if a washer was not working properly. I even asked her not to be rude to be and told her there was no need to be. I sent the manager an email (because she refused to give me his number) and the manager emailed me back stating that she did nothing wrong — without even speaking to me. Word of advice, if you see the bleach blonde working (usually with her hair pulled back) go somewhere else. They have lost my business for good!!!

Gets pretty cramped when busy, getting in early seem to be best.
The frequent washer card gets you $ 3 every 6th wash. Not bad.
