So where to start?! Food is always good, however the manager not so much! My girlfriends orders a perfect margarita and has one small request(a couple olives to go with it) server comes back and says I’m sorry my manager says we can’t give out olives anymore with the perfect margarita. My response, no problem! How much will it be for a couple of olives? I’m sorry sir again my manager says there in no button for us to charge for a couple olives… WHAT?! I had to gather my thoughts because I couldn’t believe what was just said to me because I have been in the restaurant business and know for sure you have a miscellaneous button for situations just like this! Never the less just wait it gets better! So my response again is ok no problem, at this point I’m trying to be as calm as possible and try to find a resolution myself because it is apparent and very obvious this manager is not going to work with us on this minor issue and keep in mind we are paying customers ordering well over 30+ dollars in food! I get told in not do many words that I have to order another 10.00 drink(a martini to be specific) just to get a couple olives? What?! This is just crazy and ridiculous to top it off! Wow just WOW!

Excellent service from waitresses/waiters and bartenders-great, specific recommendations, had the mucho LIT– the special for the night– SOGOOD. And a choose the sampler for only $ 12 took at least half of it home. Worth the price for sure! Got boneless wings, wonton tacos, and sriracha shrimp. Great food and experience will definitely be back

Just left there on New Year’s Day, absolutely horrible experience at the bar! I ordered a simple Makers Mark Manhattan from the manager, who told the bartender to make a Makers Manhattan, after waiting for a bit for him to make the drink, which was SHAKEN, he hands me a «Manhattan» which was actually an Old Fashion. I told the bartender if I could get a Manhattan instead of an Old Fashion. He apologized and said he would make it. He then proceeds to make my new drink, which again was SHAKEN. He asked if I wanted bitters in the drink, I said of course. He hands me the new drink and I try it which tasted absolutely horrible. Way to much bitters, NOSWEETVERMOUTH, and bubbly from being shaken. I did not realize one of the most basic and common cocktails could not be made after two attempts. Maybe it was a lack of training on the company’s fault but I will certainly not be back! All I wanted was a basic cocktail and steak. Dropped some cash on the bar to cover the drink and tip, walked out and ended up going to Jack n the Box across the street and making my own drink at home. Future Reference: Manhattan is 2oz of bourbon, 1oz of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of bitters, STIRRED. 2−1−2(area code of Manhattan)

Took 5+ minutes to be greeted at my table. I ordered our meal and a mixed drink at that time. My drink had yet to be delivered when my food arrived. At that point I told the waitress I still did not receive my drink and to cancel the order. Both managers were visible at or near the kitchen entrance but never attending to guests. I had to leave abruptly during my meal. When I made the waitress aware of my rush she quickly did bring my check but disappeared for 5+ minutes. There was a «table game» charge on my bill which she was able to quickly remove once she came back. But again no manager came by to apologize for the chargers drink issue. Also being a father I find it very hard to change my 2 year old sons diaper in the car since there is not a place to change in the men’s restroom. The food itself was great and came quickly once I actually saw the waitress enter the order.

Nothing makes up for experience. Was there last night and the waitress, while very friendly, was poorly trained. She disappeared for long periods. The food was good, not spectacular. We were seated next to the waitress station and the managers spent a lot of time there apparently correcting mistakes. Their frustrations were evident by their gruffness and facial expressions. It seems that they forget that people can actually see them. The table next to us was not cleared for over 20 minutes, not until this large group came in. After we were finally done because of the time gap between appetizers and entrees, we had to request our bill after she returned from another 15 minute departure, then she took my credit card and bill and instead of taking two steps to process it, she proceeded to take the order for a table of 15 on so before she processed. She was at that for over ten minutes before I asked if someone else could process our order. The young man was very courteous and took it from her and did so right away. So after we finished eating, it took over 30 minutes for someone to process our payment. Not happy at all. I would like to blame it on the waitress, but I know it’s a training issue. Why else would there be so many problems for the management to correct. The manager literally had to rekey and adjust bills on six orders before we got our food. Ironically, after we were ready for our bill, we never saw the manager again, I guess she went to the other side of the restaurant to correct things.

Went with my son and had one of the 2 for $ 20 meals. Sat at the bar to see the game while we dined. We were served by Tayler, who the perfect mix of bright/personable/attentive during the whole visit. Food was good, especially for the price. Atmosphere was great.

The image of the U.S. flag and me holding a Veterans dinner compliments of Applebees as I travel across country may seem small but from my brothers and sisters serving their country with honor, courage and commitment we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your uncommon grace Applebees because it is a BIGDEAL!!!

2ND trip here this week. Last time had the wedge salad and the blackened steak and shrimp. It was really good! Here because Craft Chophouse was CLOSED and didn’t tell anyone.

We are casual visitors to Applebee’s(meaning we don’t go all that often) but after last night that may change. The server, a very enthusiastic young man name«Tom», was super-attentive to our needs and very helpful. We used his suggestion to get the two for $ 20 and were glad we did. The chips for the appetizer(spinach and artichoke dip) were awesome. Thin, hot out of the fryer, crispy, and done just right. And it was huge. The wife ordered a salad with chicken and I got the riblets basket. When the food arrived, the plate in front of me contained the better, but more expensive, half rack of ribs plate. I pointed this out to Tom and he said«if you want it, you can have it for the same price or I’ll get you the correct order.» Naturally, I kept it! The wife also ordered a specialty item that was no longer on the menu but they willingly made it for her anyway. When I got ready to leave, I asked Tom for a to-go cup for my soft drink which was almost a full glass. He brought me a to-go cup with a fresh soft drink already in it. All in all, a great visit and very good food. BTW, the server told us the half-price appetizers started at 9:30. Someone else posted that they thought it was at 10.

I like to go here for the great drinks(great prices). I especially like the Perfector. The appetizers are half price after ten. The wait is always long, a popular place so be ready to wait. The ribs are especially worth the wait.

I’m convinced that the Applebee’s that we had back in Orange County is the worst Applebee’s in the country because every other location we’ve been to has had much better food and service, including this one. We stopped in for dinner last night and sat at the bar area because it was pretty empty. We got the appetizer and two entrée deal for $ 20. The bartender was nice and attentive during the meal. Just for fun, I ordered a $ 1 Jello Shot and it was really more Jello than alcohol. We had the spinach and artichoke dip to start and it was pretty yummy. For dinner, we both ordered steaks, which were what you would expect from an Applebees. All in all, it was a good meal for a good price.

I met a friend here for weekday lunch. My friend had one of the«under 550 cal» lunches: Dijon chicken & Portobellos, with steamed herb potatoes and veggies. For a low-cal dish, it looked and smelled pretty good. I had the Reuben sandwich, which had nicely toasted bread and plenty of meat. A smiling hostess greeted us at the door; likewise, the server was friendly and attentive. The best part of this visit: no bartenders snapping each other with towels. Hurrah for a well-behaved staff!
