North Shore Tile and Marble

Terrible service. Had to chase them down after they failed to show for their scheduled time on 3 separate occasions.
When they finally came and made a template of my vanity top, we agreed on material, thickness and edge style. Confirmed everything. Two weeks later he shows up and installs the top with my wife home, she pays him and I get home to find it’s the wrong edge, and half the thickness we agreed upon. Then our plumber tells us that they also cut the hole in the top wrong and our sink can’t be installed properly.
When we called the owner he told me that my wife accepted it when he delivered it, so there’s nothing I can do. As if she should know that he delivered the wrong piece and charged us for the much more expensive one I ordered. This guy is horrible. Horrible ethics, horrible attitude, and totally screwed us over. We paid him for a 1 inch thick marble top with an ogee edge and got a ½ inch thick marble top with a polished edge and a defective cut so our sink is not sturdy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE unless you like getting screwed…
I am reporting them to the better business bureau.
