I have been coming Panera Bread locations in Carle Place, Mineola and Glen Cove. I found the one in Glen Cove no caring. What I mean by that is that they really don’t put themselves in the costumers shoes. I am sorry is not enough anymore. I came here once and ordered the Tortellini Pasta and they said they didn’t have it. They were sorry. But now here I am waiting for them to make it up cause that’s the only pasta I like! Then they said what we have macarroni and I said I don’t like macarroni. They said sorry again. Now if I was them I would do whatever it takes to make it up. Meaning. Sr. let me help you. We are sorry we don’t have it but let me allow you to pick any item around the same price or below for free. They didn’t even make the effort. Also once in November they had a deal, spend $ 25 And get $ 5 coupon. I bought 3 gift cards cause I wanted to get the $ 5 I remember going January a few time, I actually used my coupons and I had one left in February 29th came in and they said that these coupons had already expired. Meanwhile it was only one day after. The lady was very arrogant and said look in the back there you see the expiration date. What did I do? Nothing but be quite. Anyways. I mean not to mention the embarrassment around other costumers. Then I decided not to go inside anymore, I go to the drive through and they took my order but I am not always thinking of my rewards card and they never asked until one day I asked do usually ask for the rewards card. She said not not really. And I said I could’ve earned some point for future meals you know. She said oh ok. I have 3 stars cause I really love their foods but their costumer service still row.

Drive thru is amazingly fast every time I go! And the staff couldn’t be friendlier. So glad this opened in our area.

Decent place, great service, got not a very filling portion of food for a hefty price however; the Mac and cheese was extremely pricey for the little cups they serve it in. Food was fresh, water tastes like terrible tap. Otherwise enjoyable meal

My sixteen-year-old son and I have lunch here most Saturdays. The sandwiches, salads, and soups are always fresh and flavorful. Service is very fast and accurate. The ambiance is enjoyable and this location gets a good variety of people from our community. It was a much needed addition to Glen Cove. Seating varies; sometimes it is tight; other times, you have your pick of many tables.

Ordinarily I am not a Panera fan, I want to love this place so much… and yesterday I did… I loved it. It was my stop off point in Glen Cove, just taking a break from work. I ordered the ½ Turkey apple sandwich with cheese and arugula on cranberry bread with the side Asian Thai salad with chicken. First the appearance of the food was picture perfect. It looked as good as it tasted. The Asian Thai salad was yummy good, with a spicy flare. The dressing was not skimpy unlike some places that think a tablespoon is enough. There was a large amount of sliced chicken in the salad, with crispy Asian noodles, croutons(I think), some other things that quite frankly I could not describe other than tasty goodness. This salad was a winner! I would definitely order this again as a stand alone meal. They also give you a piece of French bread which I could not eat. Too much food! The half turkey sandwich was also very good. The turkey was… turkey, but good. The diced apples gave the sandwich a nice crunch and the arugula gave the sweetness of the sandwich a little spice. The star of this meal was definitely the salad and for me to say that is a tribute. I like a good sandwich and will skip the salad, but they have snagged a new convert to the salad here. The hibiscus tea is a little on the weak side. Barely any flavor to the beverage. The stop was a nice break for a quiet lunch(until the singing under age 4 child arrived). Thankfully I was almost finished so my brain did not take too much of a pounding by the«numbers song». Note to parent… Panera is not a theater to show off your child. They are all adorable when they are yours.

This is a beautiful Panera bread with… wait for it… A FREAKINDRIVETHRU!!! Yo!!! Come at the right time to lace your order… I don’t want to be waiting forever here so I’m glad I came here just at the right time. They have a beautiful patio outside and the interior décor is fabulous! This is by far the best Panera bread I have ever been to in NY! Don’t even get me started with the bayside location. Try their iced green tea and grab a pumpkin muffie! It’s amazing! I love Panera bread’s breakfast sandwich as well… Put that on an Asiago bagel… Extra cheese means happy me!
