Road Runners

A local merchant turned me on to Road Runners a few years ago and could not have been happier. Rick is very knowledgeable about all different types of bikes, and when he does work on my bike, he delivers what he promises, when he promises and at a reasonable price. He also gave a couple of tips that will be handy in the future. Thanks Road Runners!

Had an excellent experience today at Road Runners. Rick came highly recommended from a friend that I trust with my life. Rick was more than fair, honest and did an amazing job on my bike. He explained in detail what the issues were and how he resolved them. I could not ask for more and will absolutely go back. As a side note the custom bikes he builds look amazing.

i was serious about buying, i attempted to buy the bike i wanted 3 times… the first 2 times they told me they would put the bike together and that i should come back the following day when i came back the bike was sold, the 3^rd time i tried to pay in advance to assure that the bike would be ready, but they would not take payment and assured me everything would be fine, they never got my bike shipped and again waited. the bike arrives they put it together and don’t bother to contact me and tell me that the wrong bike was shipped! i called and called and i was assured everything was fine… the staff was condescending and rude (yes rick i’m talking about you) they ran off a very serious customer and i want to make sure that everyone knows that this place is not worth your time! they show complete disdain for the customer!
