I wouldn’t not say people are extremly friendly, but it’s an OK place.

Went there to buy a desk for the office. The staff who deals with the furniture was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. In fact, while I was trying to have someone help me I could hear them shouting from the back of the store, as if they were playing a game. Terrible customer service. This store needs to get there stuff together, or a manager who knows how to run things.

HAHA:)) Love all the reviews of this location… I was hired and worked there for a month… I Was FIRED for not charging a customer in Tech Services. He brought in his printer and had a prob with it. He didn’t know how to turn it on… :) I showed him the pwr button and we smiled at each other… I said no charge sir. there was nothing broken… My manager found out and fired me on spot and in public for not billing him $ 45 min fee… Dismal place indeed…:)))

I’ve always thought Staples stores as a whole are poorly run (i.e. huge lines with one register open) but this one takes the cake. Obnoxious disinterested stafff and managers that barely ever surface and are not the least bit helpful when they do. Consistently poor service at best. I’d rather spend my time at DMV than deal with these idiots.
