I attend classes regularly and love the practice. I came to Body & Brain to learn to meditate. I did not realize that my 15 year struggle with depression and anxiety would be affected. After three months I no longer take these medications. Working with my doctor of course. I have learned to manage stress in my life and I’m much happier. Don’t expect this to be like any other yoga class you may have attended before. This Korean practice combines yoga postures, body tapping, and mediation in every class. Come try it out.

I’ve done a lot of yoga over the years and I’m always amazed with Dahn Yoga. This location is especially nice because it’s new and very clean and has a friendly vibe to it. I feel great every time I leave and welcomed upon my return back.

All I have to say is that you must try it yourself and experience the healing energy from the most compassionate instructor. Dahn Yoga has saved my life. After practicing for 3 months, of Dahn Yoga, I got off my blood pressure medication. By simply learning the correct way of breathing. I have learned to have more compassion and love for myself. I have found my spiritual growth and my mission through Dahn Yoga.

The combination of deep stretching, breathing, and meditation is very unique and fits together seamlessly in one class. Through the stretching exercises I open up my body and breaking through the stiffness and limitations of my body. With the deep breathing I’m feel my thoughts and emotions becoming more calm and clear. Good ^ — — ^

I can’t say enough great things about Dahn Yoga. I have been practicing many mind and body disciplines for over ten years, and I have never found a more complete and intensive growth experience. I came looking just for exercise and flexibility, but what I have found through the classes and some of the workshops, is an invaluable connection to my inner self and a true awareness of what I want with my life. Dahn Yoga is way more than just exercise, it’s true a path to complete body, mind and spiritual satisfaction. I highly suggest trying it for a few weeks or months to get the full effect. Don’t expect just a series of poses and breathing postures, they utilize a whole range of Oriental Medicine techniques, meridian and organ tapping, energy meditations, Tai Chi, etc. It’s a lot of fun too, the instructors really know how to make a good environment where everyone feels included and respected. I can’t say enough, so try it yourself!
