I wish I could first put NOSTARS. Any how, I thought this was at first a Verizon store, but it is not. These guys had no clue how to service me and were quite rude. Left to go to a certified Verizon store, where I was taken care of in a heartbeat. My phone was acting up and needed to be replaced at no charge as it was under warranty. This crazy stupid store was looking for anything to say that it was my fault and I had to pay. Not so! Do not recommend them for Verizon services. Steer clear and head to the Verizon store on 83.

Today was my third visit to The Cellular Connection’s Glen Ellyn, IL location for issues with my Verizon-LG phone. Each time, Tony has been entirely customer service-focused: he is not satisfied unless I am! He troubleshoots the problem until the situation is resolved. His dedication is especially commendable because I made my TCC purchase before I moved to this area, so he has not yet made one penny of commission off of me, yet he continues to provide excellent customer service! If you are not satisfied with your telecommunications rep, or if your contract will soon be up for renewal, I strongly recommend Tony at TCC in Glen Ellyn.

Wish I could give it a zero. Not only did I feel like I was buying a vehicle because it took SO long to get out the door with my new phone but I was promised things they did not deliver on. The Dish Network guy, Chris, swore up and down I would get the first month free. Well, he put my order in incorrectly and going on month three I have yet to see my first month free. I have contacted the store MANY times and each time he just cuts me off and keeps saying«Oh yeah we’ll get the check to you no problem!» They’ve taken my address 3 times and still no check. I’m contacting their corporate office today. Oh, and don’t bother asking for the manager because apparently every idiot on staff is a manager.
