Erin is one of the most competent instructors I have ever worked with. I have not felt stronger or more ‘safe’ in nearly 10 years. Here’s a bit of my story: I herniated L4/5 fives times over the course of two years, trying and flunking out of all conventional therapies. Even six different chiropractors told me I needed surgery. Surgery was the right option, but I am left with very little disc at this point. Daily life caused pain and discomfort, and fear of injury resulted in little to no activity for years since surgery. In Erin’s care, I have become stronger and pain-free, and I can’t thank her enough! My current chiropractor has reduced my visits to one time per month, and told me to stick with Inner Focus Pilates, because he has never seen me look better!

I’ve been going to Inner Focus for about 9 months for Pilates and the occasional alternative class. I am a very happy client! I find the owners and instructors to be very professional and attentive and most importantly, they know their business. I’ve always believed Pilates to be life-changing, and now that I’ve had the opportunity to work with a gifted and caring instructor(Erin), I am addicted! I’m reaching my fitness goals and being inspired to do more on a weekly basis. I look and feel better than I have in years. As for the negative review below, you need to understand that this is not a drop-in gym; it’s a small Pilates studio that offers personal service. Hours are by appointment only, a policy that is clearly posted on the door. In addition, the studio’s payment policies are very clearly stated on their website. Enrollment for classes is mainly done online, and the process is very straightforward. I have never had a problem with any service issue and I find the staff to be fair and polite in dealing with me. I really feel Inner Focus is an elite studio without the elite attitude and I am so grateful I found them! If you are serious about changing your body, give them a try.

Well this is interesting to say the least!!! Visa credited my account in Oct/Nov, I was pleased that justice was served. THEN, I received a call just yesterday 11÷28÷12(late afternoon) by a supervisor from Visa telling me that that«Mike» complained about the credit i was temporarily given and put a halt to it. So, now Visa will have to call Mike back to see if he will«retract» his unprofessional behavior and be a bigger and better person and let me proceed to have a credit on my account. This is now more of a «principal issue than of a money issue». Please let me know if I am wrong in wanting a credit back on my Visa card… Yes, I signed a contract with the facility… GUITLY as charged!!! But… I have NEVER stepped into the Studio, taken any class or session. WHY you ask? Because whenever I went there, the doors were locked, lights were off and no one was home!!! So you tell me, am I insane for asking them to credit my account when I never received business? Thank you for your time, I’ll keep you posted.
