Clearly understaffed establishment. One staff member running register for Dining room and drive thru. Ordered 2 cheesy double beef burrito and got 2 bean burrito. Not the first time with crappy service in a Taco Bell/​Kfc combo store. Can’t say I entirely blame the guy running the register. Management however sucks. My daughter wanted the happy hour freeze. No way. We will find another store on the way home

I was hungry so we went to Taco Bell. The taco was delicious but about 5 hours later I got sick. I told them no lettuce and guess what they put lettuce on my taco. I wish they’d listen.

To be clear for all readers here, I am not upset easily. Though, a poor establishment should be revealed as such.
I walk into a dirty, unkept «restaurant» at 7:00 pm, which to my fault, stayed. No one in the dining area, few in the drive thru. I place a simple order to go and am given a cup. Half of the drink selections are not available, just soda water. I grab my unwanted selection and see there are no lids for my cup… I intended to tell an employee of their forgotten soda machine… But then over 5 minutes pass, and I just want to get my food and get out, go home and eat my burrito and taco. 7 – 10 minutes later I get my food and dash, only to arrive home with a sad excuse for a burrito, and another item which I didn’t order, which quickly made it’s way to the trash.
Seriously management working 2⁄05 @ 7pm… How difficult can it be to clean and give mediocre service to an empty store?

EVERY time i went there, my order was WRONG. So like the 5th time i finally went back and complained, lady gave me a look like she was better than me. YOU WORK AT TACO BELL, some fricken white young chick. Then i demanded my money back, they WOULDNT DO THAT EITHER. I said i dont trust them anymore handling my food, dont want spit in it for complaining, and the lady wouldnt even look me in the eye, didnt deny that she wouldnt spit in it, some stupid latina gal, kept trying to avoid it. Crappy fast food with terrible service in a snobby rich town, shouldve saw that from a mile away.

Tried the beefy nacho and loaded potato grillers recently. The potato one was the better of the two. Both were more tortilla than filling, but they were substantial in size considering their $ 1 price tag during happy hour (2 – 5 pm daily). I also tried the pink lemonade freeze. It is VERY sweet, but good.

Have been a big fan of this place for fast, tasty, cheap, low-​end food that is convenient. Which is why I am very annoyed at the change in their menu taking the Baja options off their menu. Upside (for my health) is that I go there 70% less now. Still, very annoyed and confused at this decision. Wonder how long before they take away the Jalapeño sauce from the quesadillas.

Again a combo taco bell, food us cheap and fast. Staff did ok, restaurant was clean. We were there around 1:30 and the restaurant was busy, a good sign.
