We’ve had great service from The Care of Trees for many years. We were about to lose a huge very old oak about 10 years ago but the company came in and saved that tree for us with a feeding program. I really believe in the services they offer so we have them feed the trees once a year because our yard is important to us. I find Bill enormously responsive and knowledgeable.

I have had the exact opposite of the Zara K. reviewer re: customer service. Bill M. has been fantastic in returning phone calls and scheduling. Out of the 10 arborists I’ve contacted regarding our tree removal/pruning, Bill is the only one to follow up via phone after he viewed the trees. I will update upon completion of the services as to the quality of the work for the price, which hasn’t been beat by other qualified arborists.

HORRIBLE customer service. After paying in full and our credit card was charged, our ‘arborist’ was not reachable for 10 days. Multiple calls to the office, emails, etc. went fully unanswered. Not even a ‘thank you’ or ‘go jump off a cliff.’ They haven’t even done the work but even if it is outstanding I would not recommend.

Residential Customers are their lowest priority. I contracted to have a tree cut down 6 weeks ago and was told they would have it done in about two weeks. I put a 50% deposit down, never received a receipt, and was never contacted again. After contacting them a week ago they never returned my call. Further contacts finally got us an answer that it would be 3 or more weeks before they would get to us because of the storm damage. I guess existing customers deserve immediate attention and they will get to new customers when they get a chance. Their office doesn’t know what is going on and must contact the arborists in the field to get any answers. This is no way to run a business.
