We Love Soy is the company that runs Chicago SoyDairy, who makes Teese vegan cheese, Temptation ice crème, and Dandies veg (etari)an marshmallows. So they’re awesome and make yummy food. They even make vegan cheese sticks, and mashmallow chicks & bunnies for Easter.
You’ll have to buy through a retailer though, as they do not sell direct to the public. They also do not have factory tours.

CSD is awesome and their seasonal stuff is great too.

Way better than tofutti, local, and packed in the cutest durn tubs. That being said, as a lactose intolerant person, I am really tired of soy-​based products… and so is my tummy. If you, like me, have developed soy sensitivity, go easy on this tasty treat (which, alas, does suffer some texture and mouthfeel issues if left in your freezer too long).
