With the competition around here for dry cleaning, you’d think that this place would value each customer. Not with this place.
I specifically asked for no creases on my pants and light starch on my shirts. I got no starch and creases. When I told her that I had asked her for no creases, she said that I could have them back in four days. I had already waited for four days. So she ironed the creases, which didn’t take care of the problem. Once they’re pressed in, they’re there to stay. I received no discount.
Needless to say, I don’t take my clothes for cleaning here any longer. I’ve easily found another cleaner’s that actually listens to what I’m telling them. Also, there are plenty of better places that are just as convenient that charge way less.
