Stayed here back in September with my boyfriend for the weekend. Food was great, service was excellent and the grounds were magical. They have dogs! Felt super at home and if we ever had an excuse to come back out there, we would snatch it up! Minus: may be haunted, not sure.

When I got a call from my brother and his fiancé that they were trying this winery that’s only 15 minutes from my house, I knew I had to go. I had initially heard of the winery while searching for a wedding venue. This place is crazzzzzy expensive for a wedding, so it was out of the picture, but it is a reasonably priced winery. The winery is part of Sweetwater Farms which is a bed and breakfast. It’s a really cool old stone house on a large property. So even if you aren’t staying at the Inn, you can still enjoy the ambiance over at the winery. We did the tasting which is $ 15 for 5 or 6 wines. I do not remember exactly as they had other wines that they were letting us sample in between pours. Yeah, I liked that a lot. To me, this winery was a step up compared to some of the other wineries in the area. I love the ambiance of Chadds Ford winery and all their events, but their wine just isn’t that great. This place had some pretty good wines! They also serve food, but we didn’t try it. The sandwiches and salads all sounded really good. The cheese board seemed a bit pricey, but I didn’t see one, so maybe you get a lot. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Our server couldn’t drink wine, but was still incredibly helpful and knew so much about the various wines. They helped contribute to the relaxed vibe that Grace Winery has going for it. I have already spread the word to my girlfriends, and I know we will be back!

Went here with my boyfriend for wine tasting and had so much fun! They were really nice, the vineyard was fun to walk through and we really enjoyed sitting and watching the horses. They had a deal too at that time: buy one bottle get the second free. The wines were delicious. Loved it here, so relaxing.

Unfortunatly I can’t speak to the wine, food or the venue, only the customer service. I sent an info email via the website asking for information about holding a bridal shower there, as we fell in love with the pictures on the website. After several days when we didn’t hear back, we called and were told that we would recieve a quote via email. Several days went by and nothing, so we called again. Finally after more than a week, we called again to be rudely informed that they were very busy with weddings and didn’t know how we couldn’t understand that. I’ve been a speial event planner for 13 years and honestly would NEVER treat any customer in this manner. I understand that they might be a small staff and very busy, but you never tell a customer that a quote is on its way and then chide them for requesting it when it’s been over a week. Had the event planner communicated early on that they were swamped, that she’d be more than happy to get it to us by a specific date, this could have all been avoided. I’m sure it’s a gorgeous venue, but I’ve actually never seen this level of poor communication and treatment of customers trying to host an event. I’m so disappointed as my sister really loved this venue and we were looking forward to staying there and making a long weekend out of it.

Loved it here. Researched wineries in the area and chose this one. Glad I did, the wine was great, the grounds were beautiful. Might do the bed and breakfast next time it just looked adorable

Very poor experience, Group of us went for a tasting .It turned out a wedding was going on and the owner decided to have the tasting in a outside shed during a heavy cold rain. The only thing colder than the shed was the red wine.

Wow, I had no idea this was literally 5 minutes from me. My friend and I discovered this place on Unilocal and couldn’t believe how close it was. From just looking at the pictures we knew we had to go here instead of Chadsford winery which was our original plan. This place is GORGEOUS. Our hostess Mary Beth was very welcoming and got us tasting wine the minute we walked in. The wine was excellent, everything we tried was enjoyable. We were savoring our first bottle when Mary Beth picked us some of the Cabernet grapes(I think?) to eat. Amazing juicy and sweet. We took a walk around the vineyard which was massive. It’s so amazing seeing the grapes that contribute to the wine that you are enjoying. There are a lot of yellow jackets but no need to worry. They are so preoccupied with the grapes that they don’t bother you at all. I can’t wait to go back!

Wow, such a great place to stumble upon. Great, great, great place to spend a warm summer afternoon. Get a DD,(not a train or bus to be found around here), and load the car up with your best friends, and spend an afternoon wandering around the premises while sipping some top notch locally made wine. This isn’t the cloyingly sweet grape juice of Chaddsford, either; this is actual wine that is of a very high quality. Plus, they have a dog as a greeter. If you get out of your car and a happy pup bounding up to say hi and guide you to the bar isn’t enough to make you love the place, then there’s nothing that will make you grin.

An amazing day in a beautiful setting with a gorgeous woman. You can duplicate it all but have to bring your own unsurpassed beauty. These wines are some of the best in Chester County. Attached to an estate with its own bed and breakfast, the winery has its home in a rustic barn. The Rose is tremendous, the Chards are flavorful and the atmosphere is quiet. Off the beaten track, can’t recommend highly enough.
