I wanted to update this review as management reached out to me to apologize for the issue, saying that they had some staffing challenges over the summer that they were working to resolve. She offered me a complimentary session and a gift card to a local restaurant to make up for the inconvenience. I really appreciate the gesture and that’s why I am updating the review. However, since I have not yet been back, the update doesn’t reflect the quality of their photography services, but their efforts in improving their customer service.

Ok, so in the continuing saga… the manager at LN contacted us recently. She said that they are under new managment. She offered to send me five free digital pictures for free. She apologized and said that the studio is adopting more family friendly policies. I appreicated the images and the apology.

I took my family to Little Nest Portraits for an updated family photo for my parents as a 70th birthday present. The experience at the studio was stellar! I highly recommend this studio!

I highly recommend Little Nest Portraits. The studio is warm and welcoming and the photographers are amazing! They are professional and patient and seem like they really enjoy what they do. My kids (15 and 11) actually enjoyed the session and I LOVED the photos! They really capture each of their personalities. It was so worth the money (wall art, digitals and prints!) and I look forward to scheduling another session in the future.
