Had a problem at the register today and left unhappy.
Called and left a message, within an hour, the owner/​manager called me back and we had a great conversation resolving the issue.
Richardsons is a class act!

Nice place generally. Good variety. Not great customer relations. Staff needs some training. Wanted to buy two hanging plants but needed the S hooks on them to hang them. They would not include the hooks. Told me I should go to Home Depot to buy them. They lost a sale of two plants and two large expensive pots. I told him that I would go to Home Depot by both. They lost $ 120 sale due to two a hooks which cost probably about five cents each.

Get all my spring, summer, and fall flowers here. The quality of the flowers and plants are usually very good. I don’t buy the garden décor here as it tends to be pretty pricey. I can usually get those things cheaper somewhere else. Staff super helpful.

How is it that this place doesn’t have a review? Conveniently located with two road frontages. Lots of plants to choose from including standard bedding plants (like marigolds) and some less common ones (like celosia). Ditto with the herbs: a variety of basils, for instance, but also curry — I didn’t even know you could buy curry as a plant! (and I’m a plant dork!) A variety of pots and hothouse flowering plants, fountains and nursery stock.
