It’s a great location with lovely employees. But, OK, so… today I was sitting there with a guy friend. This super cute bald dude walks in and smiles at me and we instantly like, eyeball-connect. He obviously wants my digits and mortal soul. However, I’m with a male. Enter confusion. We keep awkwardly smiling like nerds at each other and he leaves, still smiling, as I wish him a good day. He comes back and states adorably, «Heh…I forgot straws!»(But did he really!!!) I go, «Well, that’s the most important part, better grab them»…or something corny to that effect. He smiles, I smile. Then he starts leaving, albeit in a slightly hesitant and semi-stalling manner, still looking back at me… and I wish him a good day yet again… and I think at that stage he gave up. I felt weird to get up and follow him and leave my friend alone and I’m sure he thought I was on a date or something. I wasn’t!!! Now I’ll probably never see him again and my caffeine soaked aorta aches somethin’ awful. Dude, if you Unilocal, like, ever… I’m the little chick in the bright obnoxious yellow t-shirt, with the headband, piercings and glittery eye-shadow. I was completely into you also & desire to make beautiful latte’s together with you, forever. For the love of all that’s holy, please contact me, for now I realize the errors of both our ways and I pine for you desperately. Thanks. *puts on a hopeful sadface*

The service is too slow. If you are In a rush do not go there. They always mess up your coffee can’t get it right no matter how may times you tell them.

Really bitter iced coffee today and they smashed my croissant. I did drink some of the coffee and then asked for more milk to off set the bitterness and it was like I was inconvencing them. They gave me just a little shot of milk and I needed to explain further that I needed quite a bit more to kill the bitter flavor. They finally understood and gave me enough milk to make the iced coffee drinkable. This place was busy off and on today so the stores floors had been a bit neglected. There was trash and donut/muffin pieces all over. The straw area was also overflowing with trash. Today was a 2 star day.

This DD is pretty decent, been coming here on and off for a few years. Glen Oaks reminds me of being born and in fact growing up, at least in my earliest formative tyke years, in Little Neck, just NW of here. Nowadays it’s a multicultural and highly mega fruity area, this shopping center is likewise a bit fruity, sometimes full of intimidating weirdos(like me), sometimes not, mainly just locals doing their shopping, it does even boast a wacky Burlington Coat Factory location which is hit or miss but I found a a $ 100 Ben Sherman arse-kicking sweater last night here for $ 23, so there you go. This has nothing to do with DD but it’s nice to reward yourself with a nice cup of joe after such an unexpected fashion score at the wacky and nutty Burlington. Hey, if you buy a faux leather jacket (not really recommending it they tend to look… WFI…fruitee, word of the year!) you can spill all the coffee on it you like and not worry about ruining it. In any event, this DD is small but friendly and the coffee is usually very good. I don’t eat many sweets these days or I end up looking like Jabba the Freakin’ Hut, so I tend to stick with the coffee action. DD never does tea very well so I don’t bother with it. If they start offering Twinings or Taylors tea that would help, hint hint DD corporate! For some reason I enjoy DD more than most Starbucks, the attitude is less effete/uptight/snobby or something, and the coffee isn’t triple roasted to death so it tastes like bitter burnt curare or whatever, at least.

Dunkin Donuts is often inconsistent. Today is a consistent experience with good service, coffee that isn’t bitter, in another words it tastes good and service was efficient. This is an upgraded Dunkin Donuts location so the atmosphere, seating and music make it an enjoyable experience. Me and the wife use our Dunkin app and often there is a free coffee It is agood way to start the day

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I have ever been to in my life. They gave me my coffee and it was not even full, I asked for A caramel Macchiato and they gave me a regular ice coffee. I’ve came here once before and also had a bad experience but decided to give it a shot one more time. I will never be coming back here again.

For the most part this Dunkin Donuts is pretty clean and a good size. My daughter loves the hot cocoa here and their breakfast sandwiches. I like their sandwiches as well however there are times when no matter what I try and do my order comes out wrong. It is usually a miscommunication from the person taking the order not the person who preps it. However the employees are always very nice and cordial and will correct your order. Their cappuccino is pretty good and tastes better than the one at McDonalds. Today I had an egg and cheese on a French roll and that was pretty good. The French rolls are very fresh and soft. Their coffee rolls are yummylicious.

I’ve read the reviews for this D and D and I’ve been coming here for 7 years. I find the people that work there so nice — if they mess up your order, they are always very fast in correcting it. The problem lies in that this place does not have enough people working here — or I should say the workers are not that fast, so there is always a line. They are always so nice to me, which is why they get the extra star.

The location is convienent if you live in the neighborhood. The staff can be a little slow, causing a line to form, even if several employees are working together. Place is clean, but the lighting can be a little better.

I love my Dunkin Donuts coffee. And I love it when I receive it the way I actually ordered it. Some days I get it right, other days I have to complain & make them start over. Like the other reviewer stated, check your order. They always mix it up. They also run out of fresh donuts early, so don’t expect freshly made donuts.

THEWORST D. D I HAVEEVERBEENTO. Hash browns all burnt and stuck to each other. Egg and cheese wrap TERRIBLE. My vanilla bean coolatta… Just not done right! Employees rude and obnoxious. Looked and me like she wanted to kill me because I wanted ketchup. The other employee tried to freaking hit on me. UGH! Are you serious? Never ordering from here again. Enter at your own risk. =[

CHECKYOURORDER!!! I ordered two boxes of joe and should be getting milk with it. I reminded them 3 times about the milk and the lady behind the counter named Viral(yes, viral, how can I forget such a name,) FORGOT the milk. Her friend also spilled some of the coffee from filling the box of joe. I actually took out some time to call back the place and told them that I will come back and hopefully they will provide more milk that next time. She said yes, Let us see what my update shows.
