This pharmacy here is horrible! They always make me wait for medication even when I come back the next day it’s never ready on time. Today I came into pick up an order my doctor put in yesterday. They tell me it’s not ready and if I can pick up the rest of the meds tomorrow. Then when I was ready to check out they ask me to go to the front of the store cause their registers are down. WHATISGOINGONWITHTHEPHARMACY! Don’t say your medication will be ready in 30 mins when I have to wait 48 hours!

Pharmacist was fantastic with consultation regarding medication. Cashier in front is in desperate need of a personality which translates to poor customer service. Store needs upgrading to look more inviting, modern and clean.

Rite-Aid needs to learn that the vintage look is only good for clothes and cars. Something is just wrong about this store. Hardly any customers at all and the pharmacy was not busy. Strange! This store does not give a welcoming vibe. I would say that the cashier acted like she would rather be anywhere on earth, or maybe even the depths of hell might look enticing instead of working in this Rite-Aid. I dont think she looked up at us, no smile, no thank you… nothing. Thank god for CVS and Walgreens. At least you can feel positive energy in those stores even on bad days.

This is the worst pharmacy. They refill the wrong prescriptions and are constantly out of medications and need to order them. I switched to the cvs a mile away even though I live two blocks from this rite aid.

This Rite Aid was not designed as a drugstore as it was a movie theater in the 1970s. Thus it doesn’t have the perfect layout for a retail store like Rite Aid. The aisles are cramped and you have to squeeze by another shopper to pass. It does have most items stocked. BTW, the photo posted by another reviewer of the front of the store is not this Rite Aid. That picture is the Rite Aid at 657 Hillside Avenue which is a much larger store.

Clean, and organized, but a little crammed in there. Also, they need to keep better stock of things. However, good friendly service, for the most part. A bit on the pricey side for a Rite Aid though.

I agree with the other reviews here, been coming to this Rite Aid on and off the past four years, and it’s always clean, organized, not super insanely busy like some other Rite Aids can be, and the staff are nice, and chill. I came here tonight to pick up some basic stuff I needed and it was as great as always. I wish I could say the same about the horrible ghetto McDs around the corner here, which is dirty, nasty, the staff are nasty, and I try to stay away from it, plus if you use their busted-ass restroom there’s invariably some bloody moron pounding on the door the SECOND you walk into the bathroom and lock the door! Every bloody time. And to the moron cab driver who parked too close to my driver’s side door tonight: you are a WANKER. Eat it. No happy meal for you, you subhuman. Really I’m not a big fan of this shopping center at all, too many mooks and jerkoffs and flat-out psychos sometimes, but the Rite Aid is convenient. And that horrendous Burlington Coat Factory here is a crying shame.

The service is good here and they usually have the sale items in stock. The lines usually move very quickly.

Good store, always stocked with sale merchandise. AM staff is extremely helpful. One of my favorite RA.

Bad news. Although their website says they have 1 Hour Photo developing, they actually discontinued that for a year now. They also don’t send away photos to be developed either. Otherwise, this is like any other Rite Aid with all the usual things to be found.
