I’ve been Jazzercise instructor and franchise owner in Paramus for 17 years and love it. So I think I’m pretty skilled at how to teach a class and motivate my customers. But learning how to ballroom dance with a partner is a whole other thing! And guess what? I. LOVE. IT. I was so nervous walking in to my trial lesson but by the end of it I KNEW this was going to be one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. The instructors are fabulous. Not only are they accomplished dancers but they’re excellent instructors… they really connect with you and figure out how you learn best. Everyone at the studio is friendly, warm, and welcoming… students, instructors and staff. They’re a wonderful, fun, enthusiastic and lively bunch. Don’t wait for your friends to agree to go with you. Just go. Like Nike says, «Just Do It».

This place is great! Once you enter through those doors, you have immediately joined their dance family. I have never taken dance lessons before but with the talented teachers and the wonderful atmosphere, it makes me want to keep going back. You won’t be sorry! If you are in the area, definitely try it out! Even if it’s for their introductory specials, you will have lots of fun!

Dance with Me Glen Rock has gone above and beyond my expectations for a dance studio. I first started at Dance with Me Glen Rock in spring of 2014. I had never taken lessons before– I instantly fell in love and was «adopted» into the Dance With Me family! The instructors are all incredibly professional, inspiring, and enthusiastic. They can teach any level, whether you are a beginner looking to just feel comfortable on any dance floor, to an aspiring instructor looking to compete, and everything in between!
Not only is Dance With Me Glen Rock a fantastic place to learn individually, they also offer various group classes, kids’ classes and social parties — where everyone gets the opportunity to practice what we have learned with other students and all the instructors.
I can’t write this review without mentioning that this Studio is part of the franchise owned by tony dovolani, and maks and val Chmerkovskiy. Often the opportunity comes up to have private and group lessons and seminars offered by maks, val, tony, or other members of Dancing With the Stars family.
Dance With Me Glen Rock really is a family. When you walk in the doors you are met with a warm smile and a welcoming hand… leading you to the dancefloor and transforming you into the dancer you want to be!
