A.O.K. Limo

Horrible. Do not use him. First we used him for my sisters bach party the summer of 2012, and the driver was late to pick us up from 2 locations, and seemed annoyed that he had to do so. But I gave a second chance and we used them for our wedding later that year. Big mistake. We were contracted for an Escalade limo, then our wedding day comes and an old dirty party bus shows up instead because Ruben double booked our limo. He only offered a discounted additional service instead of any money back. We ended up disputed the charge with our CC company and got some money back that way. He was completely rude about the whole situation instead of trying to right his wrong. So unprofessional, doesn’t care about his clients. 0 stars should be an option.

I’d give negative if I could. The guy’s name is Ruben Guerrero. I have a different phone number 6 309 301 759. The guy basically gave us a ride to a concert last night. All was good. We contacted him to let him know where we were after. He responded OK that he would meet us at a certain intersection. We showed. No Ruben. So, not only did this fine gentleman take our money at the half way point, we also had to spend an extra couple hundred an Über for the ride home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THIS GUY.
Following up on this… Über isn’t any better either, but they are not the point right now. This Ruby boy guy cost us an extra 330 bucks because we had to take a ride from Über. So, not only did he steal from us, he additionally cost us an extra 330 bucks. Unethical person from the word go. Hopefully karma catches up with him. Junk.

Best limo service that I have ever used. I have used them for 3 separate occasions so far. Once for a concert, we had the stretched navigator limo! Awesome car, super clean, stocked with cold complimentary drinks and on time! The driver was very nice, knew all the shortcuts and stopped for bathroom breaks! Used again for my 40^th birthday!!! Again, on time, super clean stretched limo, great driver! Drove us all over town, stopped when and where we needed! The limo and driver made it an amazing bday! Also, used for pick-​up at O’Hare. Easy to get a hold of, was picked up very quickly and taken home in style!!! This is the only limo/​car service I will use. I have tried over 10 different limo/​car services in Chicago and none can compare with the service, cars and price of AOK Limo!!!
