They give you a ton of food for their lunch specials, not the best I have had but certainly not the worst either. Tables, floor and eating area good use a good wiping down and mopping for me but if you take it to go its good.

Overall I love this place, very close to home, very fast service, never eaten anything I haven’t enjoyed, and being family owned they are very nice. Atmosphere– nothing amazing, meant more to be a stop and go, a few tables to sit and wait and if you decide to eat there you will have enough room Service– family owned, the mother who is always at the register is quick and so are the cooks, I’m usually in and out under 10 minutes, they are very nice Food– a huge menu, my norm in general tso’s chicken and beef & broccoli. But I have gotten probably, 40 items on the menu and never been disappointed. Drink– they have an array of american drinks on display which in many cases, depending on how much you spend, are free Prices– everything seems fairly priced

Place is near my house. Often get pickup or delivery. Hardly ever eat there. Some stuff is great; Pot stickers Egg Roll Hot and Sour Sesame Chicken Yu Sian Chicken(order spicy) Mixed Vegetable(also order spicy) All others have been fine. These days, their ingredients are fresher and much better quality.

My work sits equidistant between three Chinese takeout places. This is the second I’ve tried for lunch. I hit it a little after the the lunch rush hour but still got the lunch special. Fried rice with BBQ pork was good but the chicken was way too sweet and not spicy at all. Mark this place off my list.

Just moved to the area, a few blocks from this establishment. Figured I give them a go and order some chicken fried rice. When I got my food I was surprised to notice that it wasn’t even fried rice. The rice was yellow rice that had absolutely no flavoring and a few peas, carrots and LOT of chopped up, either white or yellow onions. ANDTHECHICKEN, the chicken was slimey and some pieces were still pink and not cooked what so ever. The entire dish had NO seasoning or flavoring at all. As I picked through it with my fork I became aware that this rice or anything in the dish was never fried. It is obvious to me everything in here was microwaved. When I called for an explanation, not only was the person on the other side of the phone rude, but also completely unwilling to do ANYTHING to rectify my purchase of completely UNFRIED yellow rice and microwaved chicken. I will be telling everyone I know that this place is NOT worth the time or the money.

This is our go to place for take out or delivery. There restaurant is not the most inviting, hence just 4 stars. For delivery though, this is my husband’s favorite pace to order pork egg foo young. We’ve ordered and tried from other area Chinese spots and they just have a better seasoning and taste here. I get him the egg foo young combo dinner which comes with pork fried rice and an eggroll. For me, I usually explore and mix meals up. I personally like their fried scallops appetizer and love how chunky their hot and sour soup is filled with chunks of tofu, mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Great place to order to cure a hangover :) Affordable and generous portions.

Worst veg fried rice it had no flavor, the broccoli was hard and flavorless and chicken egg foo young was just a brown lump that was not good. Bland. Blah. Not sure if it was just bad because it was lunch time.

Best General Tso’s chicken I have ever had. Always quick, courteous and accurate. Cant beat the price and quality!

I ordered Chicken Chow Mein today. There weren’t any noodles in it. None. And there were about 3 tiny pieces of chicken. It was basically onions and celery in a bland white sauce. I could probably get better Chinese next door at Tuffy’s Auto Repair.

I don’t know what the people that rated this place were on, but I think I needed some of that to eat this food! Right away I noticed that the cook was smoking and could smell it. I should have ran away. I’m sure that is a health code violation. Then there are warm, unrefrigerated cans of pop when you walk in. My boyfriend and I figured for the cheap price that maybe it couldn’t get worse but it did. The veggies were neon colored, which I’m fairly positive isn’t natural. In fact I talked to friends in the area that said it is known that a few places do that here because there food is rotten, so you don’t notice the color… but but broccoli doesn’t glow like a construction worker’s vest! Plus chicken isn’t dark brown. The veggies were soggy. The chicken was spoiled(it had a grease and smell), there was only shrimp fried rice that we saw come from a box that was frozen and the shrimp was breaded and frozen, prepacked in a bag and was not cooked all the way. The only thing you could taste in the egg rolls was peanut butter, and I was actually afraid to eat the egg foo young because of the consistency of the sauce. This place should be shut down and other places like it. If anyone wants to know about real Chinese food, go to china town in the city and you find a few gems…

I have no complaints. The lady who answered the phone spoke decent English. Accurate phone ordering, of course service is not personal but it is what it is, and that is take out Chinese. Egg rolls are great, satisfying fried rice, and excellent dinner specials. The location can be a pain depending on what time of the day you decide to pay them a visit. I suggest ordering ahead of time and picking up your food instead of waiting around for it to be completed.

I have had really good luck with this place. Close to home and very fast service. My favorites include the egg drop soup(the large size will feed you many times over), the crab Rangoon, and orange chicken. My husband did like the general tso’s chicken but it wasn’t the best he’s ever had. We ordered white rice the last time we were in but got fried(nothing that will cause me to swear off this place, just an honest mistake). Overall, it’s delicious, very affordable, and definitely worth a try.

This is my Chinese delivery place and has been for a few years now. I really only get 3 dishes from here. I have tried many different items here and I have narrowed it down to one appetizer(boneless spare ribs) and two main dishes(Combination Lo Mein, and Combination Fried Rice). I mostly do a delivery but sometimes I will pick up if I am in the area. Its OK food and for the money and I can get like almost 3 dinners out of it for $ 20. I like these 3 items because they are OK to reheat the next day or 2(eat the rice combo first lol). Also if I have been drinking and don’t want to drive this is my place to call for delivery. I like the boneless spare ribs with the hot mustard sauce and the combination items with a little soy sauce. It’s average Chinese food but when you need the Chinese food fix they always come through for me!

I like going here occasionally when I’m craving Chinese food I eat at home. Their lunch specials are a decent deal and they give you a good amount of food. I usually get their sweet & sour chicken and have never had a bad batch. We usually call ahead with our order and go to pick it up. It’s always hot and fresh. Not a huge fan of their fried rice. It’s not terrible, but it can be bland at times. If I want good/better fried rice, I usually just head to Chin’s Chop Suey in Glen Ellyn on my way home from school or work. However, I’ve found that they’re combo plates are a better deal that you can get later in the day. It’s a dollar or two more than a lunch plate(but they’ve raised the prices of those…) and you get a spring/egg roll with it. I honestly can’t remember which.

this is a husband and wife run operation. typical middle of no where style Chinese restaurant. small with 45 tables and most of their business is take out and seems like they deliver too to the hotels near by. overall food tastes just like others out there and not great but not bad.

Eep. I don’t usually like writing bad reviews for a place that is most likely family owned, but this place wasn’t very good. The General Tsao’s Chicken was so so. That’s about the best thing I can say about it. The lunch comes with pork fried rice… and i wish it hadn’t. I love fried rice… and this was one of the worst pork fried rice I had ever had. It didn’t taste bad… it just didn’t taste like anything. I think it somehow managed to taste like less than regular white rice… if that’s possible. One good thing it has going for it is that the lunch is $ 5 and you get a quite a bit of food. I didn’t finish all mine, because I didn’t like it, but maybe if you try it and it’s up your alley, then you found a good deal. So, I guess it’s worth a try?

I read reviews from another site and the reviews were over 4 star. We have ordered 3 times in a month. The food was consistently good(although their fried rice is not the best) but all other food was good. It is mainly for take-out /delivery in my opinion, but they do have tables Lunch is only $ 4.95 I think

I’ll give em’ a second chance because 6pm on a Friday can get hectic but the service was horrible and the order took forever. On top of which I was working late and needed a bite but got back to the office and had no fork or utensils so I went hungry. When I got to the food it was average at best. Grab a menu and call ahead… and hope for the best!!!

Quick, easy, cheap and tasty Chinese food. It’s perfect for when I’m grabbing something fast for lunch. They have about 3 tables if you want to eat in, otherwise everything is packaged to go. They do delivery too. Definitely go for their lunch deal. Pork fried rice and an entrée(there’s a lot to choose from!) for a good price.
