Terrible experience. I checked in on Unilocal and got denied the free 2 cups of tea. This place is a rip off.

This is probably the worst hookah lounge i have ever been to. Been a hookah connoisseur and smoking internationally for 8+ years… so trust me. The service is nonexistent and most workers don’t speak english. Also the hookah tastes like @$$. Added charges by the owners as they please. What a shame!

Great spot. Fair prices with a friendly staff. The Chicago Blackhawks flavor is top notch. 10 $ week day hookah 15 dollar weekend. They always have the games on as well. Top shelf spot.

Note: they serve al fakher with natural charcoal as a old school smoker it’s really important for me.

I like this place and go every so often with friends. It has a nice aesthetic and the hookah is only $ 8 with no cover fees or time limits like other hookah bars in the area.
The flavors are standard, the drinks are hot, and they give you an ice hose free of charge. The service I’ve experienced here has been a different every time but I would say that every ⁴⁄₅ visits they are on top of changing coals and making sure our table has everything we need.
I tend to visit on weekday nights so I can’t speak to the addition with a dance floor and dj, but I like the chill atmosphere I’ve experienced every time I’ve gone and will be coming back to this hookah bar again.

This place was very clean, service was Johnny on the spot! Great place to hang out, I’m will be coming back!

No idea why people are giving this place one star… Hookah is always packed smoothly, ask for coal when you need it, ice hose is a standard, it’s perfect. They’ve got one side for sports or general chilling/​talking, and another side for loud, dance music. They give you so much more for so much less dinosaurs to other hookah lounges. I drive out about 20 miles to come here and I still save money and the drive had been with it for each visit.
I’ve been there quite a few times, and I feel that these poor reviews are just miscommunication or that consumers aren’t taking their half of the responsibility to figure stuff out.
There’s typically one or two servers, so yeah, it might be a little slow service, but it’s done properly, not rushed.
The servers aren’t psychic, just ask for coal when you need it.
You’re paying eight bucks, of course you’re not gonna have your every whim catered (actually, at this place, they do so much more than others). So please, be a little patient and relax.
They charge eight bucks per hookah/​person, so if you bring a friend that doesn’t smoke, or you share, it’s still the same price as you would pay if that person smokes or you get your own. Not that big of a deal considering that’s still less than the sitting fee that some places charge.

I had a great experience here. A friend and I visited it on a Wednesday evening so it wasn’t too crowded, but there were some customers. We were served right away, and our hookahs came out shortly after we ordered them. They had really cool hoses that had ice in them so that kept the smoke cool and smooth. They changed our coals fairly frequently as well.
One thing I didn’t like that much was that they didn’t give us tongs, and our hookah had too many large holes in the foil.
Overall it was a good experience and for 6 dollars (we had coupons) who could really beat it?

No matter what flavor you order, somehow tastes nothing like what you ordered and borderline disgusting, and its not like I just had one bad experience, went here a few times just because its the cheapest place in town. Inconsistent flavors,. Every time you get something here it tastes different not what your ordered and he blames it on you for ordering bad flavor instead of the staff or the hookahs for being shitty. Music is way too loud for no reason 3 people in the bar and music is so loud you cant hear someone next to you. Wouldn’t recommend it.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE… We went on a Friday night and it was not that crowded but the dumb ass owner sat us next to the door and we kept getting hit with cold air. Then we waited ten minutes before are order was taken! I could over hear the owner talking to someone in a loud tone and saying that he belong to the MASONS also Known as the Illuminati. What a douch bag!!! Maybe they can teach him how to run his business. Finally we received are hookahs. They were not even the right flavor of tobacco and he forgot our drinks! I think the owner is a little slow in the head! This was the worst service I ever had. CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD ALWAYS BE NUMBER 1!!!

This place is really bad. I guess you get what you pay for here. $ 8 hookahs but the service is terrible. Came to change out our coals once and probably only after they over heard me talking about it. They didn’t even leave any tongs so we couldn’t ash the coals ourselves. Then I ordered a tea and it took them 20 minutes to get it to me, not to mention it just tasted like dirty water. Closing time comes and they just shut all the lights off and tell us to leave. Lastly, I go to pay for my one hookah and the two teas I ordered (I had a coupon to get 2 teas for free) and they charge me for 2 hookahs and a tea. I know I will not be coming back and spending my hard earned money here, that’s for sure.

I had a really good experience here. I wanted somewhere I could go hang out and relax and read my kindle, and I found great service and reasonable prices. I will be returning soon!

I have never been to a Hooka bar before, so my husband and I tried this place out. I don’t think we will be returning to this place. It wasn’t relaxing with all the young kids fooling around and the guys working couldn’t care less! They didn’t explain the flavor menu at all and some how we could only get water to drink. Don’t go! Stay away unless your 21 or younger!
