Santora Carpets

Santora Carpets did a great job with our flooring and carpeting. Good prices, good selection. What really wowed me was their customer service.
A month after the installation, I noticed that the transition piece between the bathroom tile and bedroom carpeting was loose. I called Lenny, the owner, who told me that someone would be over to fix it.
That afternoon, Eddy arrived. I was not home, but my husband was. Eddy checked out the problem and told my husband that Santora had note done that piece of work, but the contractor who did the bathroom rehab did. My husband had not been involved with this project and didn’t have a clue as to who did what.
Eddy, then told my husband. «Not to worry, I’ll fix it». When I arrived home, Eddy talked to me about the «fix». He had to make a temporary fix but it would take care of the problem for the moment. However, he would be back the following day to make it right. And, he was good to his word. Problem fixed!
This is awesome customer service. Fixing something that was someone else’s mistake. Santora is the best!
