Recently my husband and I also did their 6 week weight loss program with wonderful results! I was able to lose 29 lbs over 6 weeks including Christmas & New Years. It was nice to be able to lose over the holidays for once! My favorite part of this program was where I lost the weight from. The weight came off all of the hard to loose areas ie stomach, hips, thighs. For me these areas are normally very difficult to lose from but with this program they were the 1^st places that went down. I am looking forward to keeping the weight off and doing the program again to get to my goal weight.
