I lived in an All Points rental house for the past 3 years. I loved my house and tremendously appreciated Bob. I made some mistakes in my younger years that will unfortunately follow me for a lifetime. 3 years ago I had a brand new baby and my family and I were searching for not just an ok but a great house. I was turned down repeatedly by others but Bob decided to give me a chance. I was and still am so grateful. They are a no bs company. Fixed things when I needed it and the tenant portal was so convenient. I’ve recently purchased my own home and just moved out of the rental but wanted to make sure I gave all points the credit they are due before moving on! Thank you Bob for all your help! You’re truly appreciated!

Just wanted to Thank Bob & everybody at All Points Reality for taking such great care of my family for over 2 years. Bob has a great rental portal that is so user friendly, I could pay rent or set up service. If I needed something serviced quickly, they handled it! I would highly recommend calling All Points for your future home. I was truly satisfied with our rental experience!

The worst property management you will ever find. They will force you to deal with any property issues on your own. They do not respond to phone calls and ignore all emails. They expect YOU to pay any service co-​pays and MAY decide to refund the amount at their leisure. They are there just to collect a monthly paycheck with zero support. Better Business Bureau will receive the same complaint.

Rented from them for almost two years, they have Amazing customer service, great to tenants, would rent from them again. When the storm knocked out Windows and trees fell they were fixing everything within 24 hours. Love the service regret leaving.

For two years my husband and I rented a home that was managed by All Points Realty. Bob and his team were a pleasure to work with and were always professional and prompt if any issues ever arose at the property. If you are looking to rent a home I would highly recommend calling All Points to see if they have a property available in the area you want to live. Our rental agreement was clear, concise, and there were no hidden agendas or fine print that later came up during our rental period. The property was spotless when we moved in which showed the expectation All Points has of its owners and tenants. I would highly recommend All Points Realty as a property management/​rental service. I was highly satisfied with our two year experience.
