I’m.writing this review to heighten the awareness of individuals as well facilities. I’m a facility that utilized apex, placing my trust in the staff to fulfill my requirements. It appeared they had until I. kept asking for documents that I could never seem to get. I finally started asking the staff that would come to work when they did their fingerprints for clearance 4 of them said they. never did any fingerprints one said it want done since this company was making them pay. I was appaled that these 4 people never had it done and yet they were working for me and who knows where else. These prints are mandatory to ensure that apex isn’t sending criminals into the homes. I was so upset that when they were fully aware of the law, they skipped this Important step. The staff for the most were nice, all were not prepared for the job. It was as if some were sent out to fill a spot, even if they didn’t fit the criteria.
I’m.very disappointed
