I had a wooden watch box engraved for a Christmas gift and it was very well done and clean. I really love how it came out. The service was fast and Gee was very helpful throughout the process. She estimated that the turnaround time would be two days but she called me the next day to tell me that my box was already ready for pick up. She was also very patient with me when I was trying to choose the right font to engrave and overall made me feel very trusting in handing over my watch box.
I chose to have the box be machine engraved but she also offers engraving by hand, which looks very professional and beautifully done as well. Though I didn’t get any glass engraved, Gee showed me some samples of the work they do with glass and the quality of their glass engraving is much, much higher than that done by Things Remembered, who only etch on the surface of glass. Gee explained to me their process of using sand blasting to engrave, leaving a textured indent in the glass. Judging from the samples, the finished product looks and feels very high in quality.
From my great first experience with Arka Engraving, I highly recommend their excellent service. They are very helpful, professional, and the pricing is reasonable for their fast quality service. I will definitely choose them for my future engraving projects.

I ordered my champain bottle and fluets along with the cake cutter for my wedding. It turns out very beautiful. Super happy for the result. I kept them after wedding and they are one of the best touchable memories from our wedding.

This place is great Gee was very helpful and nice she engraved my dads zippo lighter and it came out great very professional. It only took about an hour so very fast as well. Over all i had a great experience

I heard about this place through a family friend. I set an appointment and went in to get a wine bottle engraved for my grandma. I learned that they don’t etch the surface like most places do, they actually dig into the glass which makes it engraving look much better and last longer. All in all I was very satisfied with their service and the smile on my grandma’s face made it all worth it.

So the young lady there custom engraved my electronic cigarette mod a couple of months ago. It turned out beautiful! Excellent customer service via email. Answered all the necessary questions I had about the process. Pretty decent price for what it was worth. Remember people, it’s the quality and service that your paying for!
