Arsenio Perfume

…this store is not as cheap as before. It’s more expensive by $ 10 compared to websites. I’ll think twice before going back there…

Small store in a little shopping center, with lots of perfume choices, a little crowded but I don’t mind.
I love buying my perfumes here not only because it’s only 10 min away from my office but I also like the fact that I don’t need to visit the busy mall. They have almost all brands. They also carry eyeliners, lipsticks etc., Arsen the owner, is always at the store and is very helpful. The prices are very affordable you can’t even compare it to the prices at the mall.
Plenty of parking.

This guy rocks. Affordable and he’s very nice. The more you buy ell knock off money. I bought 2 colognes for 50 each. He told me just give me 90

You can not go wrong with shopping in this place…
The owner doesn’t always welcome you with a smile, but he can be very helpful…
He has the entire store stocked up with perfumes and colognes and it leaves just enough room for you to walk in and turn without bumping into things and walk out… you can fit max 4 people in there and you will probably loose an arm and a leg if the 5^th and 6^th want to walk in!
He has samples of most of the selection out on the counter and will suggest perfumes of certain age group your looking for, or certain price range your looking for, He has the BEST prices in town (or out of town for that matter)…
He has horrible hours, you never know when he is there or if he will show up on a certain day or not, do yourself a favor and call ahead of time before you stop by.
So, a store with an owner that forgets to smile, forgets to show up, and its too cramped up gets 5 stars? YUP! Prices are unbeatable anywhere else. If I buy a perfume at JCP or Macy’s for $ 80 he sells it for $ 35-​$ 40… How can you not give this guy 5 stars…

The owner is probably the Armenian man that’s been there every time I’ve shopped. To say he’s always smiling and is excited when customers walk in, I would be lying haha. Still, he has the best prices all year round.
One of the Unilocalers asked how he does it (stays in business with such low prices). It’s simple, he doesn’t rape our wallets like every other merchant does. Arsenio charges us just enough for them to stay in businesses, while avoiding a full on rape. :)
Think about it, how else do you think everyone else (including department stores) is able to offer deals like 25% off at certain times of the year. Do you think that they are taking a loss by offering you the 25% off? No. They just minimize their profit by a little.
I, for one, really really appreciate this business and their prices. I will continue to support them and I am so proud that the owner is also Armenian. :)

The prices are still good … very good!
And I, along with countless others I’m sure, have also wondered just how he does it!
But the bottom line is this guy’s prices are amazing!
No, I’m serious… AMAZING!
And I’ve noticed you can even kinda negotiate a slightly BETTER deal if you buy two perfumes or colognes or what not.
Only thing that sucks is they dont carry any CHANEL which is my signature perfume. :/​
And they’re only open till 7 pm on weekdays and considering I work far from Glendale and get off at 6pm, I’ve had some trouble getting there before closing time.
But this place is THE PLACE to go to for discount 100% completely genuine (as in not imitation) perfumes/​colognes from almost every designer.
And also on a side note… for some reason or another I find the owner guy reallllly sexy! something about him…

I shopped here years ago when they had the best price on Quelques Fleurs By Houbigant and it smells divine! I am wondering if anyone else has shopped here? The prices are so good i wonder how he does it? Anyone ever checked it out?
