We are new to our condo and were easily intimidated by our HOA board cause we wanted to open up our kitchen by 5 feet! They required an approval of a licensed Structural Engineer before we could begin any work. I called around but liked speaking to Arthur who was very knowledgeable on the phone and was willing to work with my schedule to inspect the property asap.
He was very punctual and courteous all in all Arthur is AWSOME, his knowledge & demeanor is very professional and patient. He takes the time to fully understand the issues and pain points that as a new homeowner helps quite a bit.
