It’s a mall pretzel stand. What do you expect? The staff is usually teenagers or twenty-somethings, and they do their best. While it’s not always full, the staff handles it okay when it does get crowded. Plus, there’s two other pretzel stands in the mall anyhow. This one is pretty small, but when you’re at the mall, you’re there to grab and go anyhow. It’s not like you’re planning on staying for a full course meal.

The cashier Nicole, did not give me any utensils and didn’t care to help me out. Worst customer service! Will not be coming here again
