I have been in Contracting for 20 years and I am very rarely met with the level of customer service I have received from this company so far. The owner called me today to follow up on an estimate I requested only a few hours prior and after giving me the estimate over the phone, informed me that he was sorry for the «Delay» and that he had had a «Small Heart Attack» over the weekend. ummm… Today is MONDAY… only 2 days after a heart attack and the man is getting back to me within hours? AND is sorry for the delay!!! I am blown away and will be doing business with him I HOPE for many years to come. SERVICE LIKE NO OTHER!
