Awesome LBS. I have been a customer for years. Just had a new fit using the Retul fit system and highly recommend this fit process. The process allows for the bike dimensions to be changed in realtime while you are on the bike along with 3D mapping of your cycling form. The outcome is unparalleled to any fit I have had in the valley. Oh and they have awesome bikes and techs as well

Well upon entering the business I noticed a very cool Logo on the window, and that is where the coolness ended. Was looking to purchase some small parts that the bike shop closest to home did not stock, and found this place with an internet search.
Three employeed working in the service area who ignored me for about ten minutes. Finally I went to the service area where the three were working, and finally asked anyone on duty?
I asked if they had what i needed, and the answer was no. No is there anything else we can help you with or anthing.
Apprently the shop has just expended their floor space, and I can only assume that the AFB down the road keeps them busy, but honeslty I will criss this place off my go to for anything list.
I have heard for years suppot your LBS, and I say BS. I went home got on the computer, order what I needed, saved money, and will have middle of nest week.

OUTSTANDING customer service. I went to several shops looking to purchase a Mountain Bike (since I live so close to White Tank Mountains). Walked into the store and was assisted by Jason. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I am new to biking and literally knew nothing. Jason was extremely patient and not only explained the numerous differences in the bikes, went into details such as why the saddle is not the same shape as the comfy cruiser bike saddles. He even td me why I should wear biker shorts… under my regular shorts as I will not be sporting spandex. I ultimately found a better deal on a bike at a different shop, but because Jason was so awesome, I will purchase my accessories (bike shorts, helmet, gloves, car rack, etc.) from this shop. He introduced me to Esther who is the owner and she seemed really nice as well.

Outstanding customer service! I stopped in to check out the shop and have some work done to my bike. I didn’t think I would be able to have the work done same day but they started right away while I waited.
They were very informative on explaining some of the bikes that I am interested in purchasing. All around great shop and great experience dealing with down to earth people. Will be coming back for all my cycle needs.

I will never, EVER go back here again! I went in and was speaking to the owner about my bike. Mid conversation she took a phone call and ignored me for more than 10 minutes! Obviously she knows NOTHING about customer service! She also neglected to place a clothing order.

This store seriously needs to expand to a bigger space. Floor to ceiling bikes (3 high), merch hanging from every conceivable part of every wall. If they stuffed any more items in there, you wouldn’t be able to get customers in. As it is, good luck standing next to someone, you’ll have to go single file through the whole place.
With that said, good selection of bikes and gear, prices aren’t out of line, and the people are friendly and helpful.

I brought my bike in with a pretty bent up back rim and, as I learned, a couple of broken spokes. The staff was very courteous, fixed everything and the cost was great. My only complaint, really, was the time. I get they were kind of busy, but I would’ve expected it not to have taken 6 hours. Still. I’ll be back.

These folks are awesome. I have purchased 2 mountain bikes here and have had servicing on my road bikes too. These guys take their time and make sure to meet the needs of the customer. One thing that surprised me is the lack of upsale. What I mean by this is when my wife and I were looking for Mtn bikes last year, we looked at several stores to include trek. Everyone was trying to sell us something we didn’t need. ester at AZ cyclery provided us exactly what we were looking for and gave us the right price. I love this place and will 100% go back!

This is the best bike shop in the west valley quite possibly the entire valley! Ray is the man. Personable and fair, no elitist who’s or attitudes. I went in for service on dare I say a wal mart bike, and got no attitude just honest help and spectacular service. They also have a huge selection of bicycles and gear. I was not disappointed and you won’t be either. Definitely my long term local bike shop!
