Staff are not friendly at all, there is no smile on their face. I was trying to ask a question but they were hiding or pretending that they don’t see me or they are too busy. I tried to find what I want by my own but then they came and gave me the look that YOU R MAKING A MESS! I was so disappointed however I shopped $ 100 but I wont go back to that location ever.

Staff is friendly. However shame on Baby Gap. Here’s why: there is a huge rack in the bathroom inches away from the baby changer. How am I supposed to safely change my baby? On top of that the buckle is broken on the changer. I talked to a Manager who acknowledged this issue. I will bet that the next time I go the situation will be the same. The irony that a baby clothing store is not baby friendly. Sigh

I just waited 30 minutes on line to pay on a Tuesday at 2! This store is the slowest. Not a good place for lunchtime shopping!

The maternity section of this Gap is PAINFUL. Good lord. There is one dirty dressing room and the selection of clothing is crammed in the back. You know that beautiful freshly remodeled Gap downstairs? How about the Banana Republic? Yeah well, leave that experience in the rear-view when you get pregnant. At this Gap Maternity — you’ll regret the fact that you love the Gap and want to shop there. I was so disappointed in the maternity section, actually — the entire store is crammed and service is questionable. I’ll do my best to stay out of BabyGap for both maternity and baby clothing.

Ehhhh. I am really not much of a fan of THIS baby gap. I find the employees to be slightly annoying and pushy. Like seriously, the MOMENT i step into the door there’s always a worker following me telling me about their promotions and if i want to apply for a card. All i hear is blah blah blah blah. Let a girl shop in peace, PLEASE!!! Honestly, a simple«hello» will do and I don’t need you telling me about the promotions cuz I can read all the signs thank you. I only experience this at THIS location.

Came in for some more supplies for my wife today… Compared to the store in Century City, the clothing area was actually lit better. Another Unilocaler pointed out that maybe the lights are dim on purpose so mom’s don’t see how big the clothes are… A good idea in the dressing rooms, but I would guess well lit clothing selection areas are probably better for pregnant women’s spirits… Anyway, we expected to pay more for the things we picked up, but they had a sale on a few of the things we bought, so spent WAY less…

The Store is very very tiny but the Staff make this a great location to shop for childrens clothing… Lots of cloths for Girl’s but no so much for Boy’s so don’t be disappointed when you see a nice shirt but cant find the matching pants…

Oh damn you baby stores. You have too many cute things. That mod green flowered dress with the matching purse? Yeah, that one. Can you make it about 10 times larger so I can buy it for myself? I ended up getting that and another cute outfit for the kids in my life. Although, I didn’t see anything really that unique for baby babies. Oh, I wish the Baby Gap and Gap Kids were one store. They were running a promotion of if you spent $ 75(which is easily done), you got 30% off. Again, I was surprised how the line moved fairly quickly. And the cashier continually thanked people for waiting. Asking for a gift receipt was easy as she understood I wanted the boy and girl stuff separated.
