Bauers Canyon Ranch Rv Park

I stayed here along with my boyfriend and dog for two lovely nights. The location is great if you are doing the National Parks in the area– it’s between Bryce and Zion! It was very quiet and peaceful.
Most of the reviews I have seen for this place are RV, but we were tent campers. The tents are set up in a strip of orchard. The sites are pretty close but the first night we were the only campers so it was not an issue whatsoever. Each site has a picnic table and some (not all) have fire pits.
The grounds are clean and the Ranch offers clean bathrooms and showers– you can also do laundry. There are no services nearby (you’ll have to drive at least 20 – 30 min) so be sure you are stocked up for food and drink and whatever else you may need before you settle in for the evening. There is a place nearby that sells firewood for cheap, but all the wood was wet so double check them before you pick them up!
All in all, I thought this place was lovely. The owners were very friendly. I would stay there again.

Super clean and spacious RV Park. I was able to do laundry so that made me happy. The restrooms are clean, hookups were easy and the owners were great.
We were able to get a pull-​through space which is so convenient!

People are very friendly. This is a mom and pop and family operation. Our 32ft MH was parked here for 6 nights. This was our home location as we toured Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks and Coral Pink Sand Dunes. The RV park was right off Hwy 89 but we did not hear much of the road noise. Highly recommend this location. Very clean, grass was mowed and great wi-​fi, although we could not get Verizon cell signal. Only down was the cottonwood trees shedding the cotton and causing allergies to act up. Other than that it was wonderful experience.

Nice people. Clean bathrooms. Hookups as expected. I would stay here again.
