Ordered a small bouquet for my daughter and they were very professional! I liked the email confirmation with all of the order details and then the delivery confirmation. My daughter sent me a picture and the arrangement was perfect! Very beautiful! I will definitely use Cactus again and recommend them to friends.

I ordered «Christmas by Candlelight» on the Catus Flower website to be delivered to a family member in Sun City AZ. The arrangement pictured and described showed the cut flowers being roses and daisies– I also paid extra for the «Deluxe» upgrade. The ugliest and least expensive cut flowers available (carnations) were substituted for the product I was sold. I will never use this business again and hope to prevent others from having a similar experience.

I contacted Cactus Flowers to have flowers sent to my aunt that had lost her son recently. It was her birthday and after such an awful thing to happen I wanted to make her birthday as special as possible. Then last minute I found that my aunt was leaving town to spread my cousins ashes and had to reschedule the delivery. Cactus Flower florist was so good about rescheduling the delivery date. They told me they would would put together a nice arrangement and they followed through with exactly that. My aunt was very happy as well as myself. I was very happy that I selected Cactus Flowers to arrange my aunts flowers and deliver them. I would rate their customer service very high and I was very well taken care of. I will use them for all my future orders, and would highly recommend them. Thanks Cactus Flower for a fantastic arrangement!

Ordered flowers in a vase for a wedding. This order was placed in person almost a month before the pick up date, with explicit instructions. When I picked up the vase, the flowers looked as if they had just been jammed in the vase. The worker offered to fix them, and took them to the back to do so. Flowers were brought out, arranged better, and I took them. Sadly, the roses never opened, there was no packet of flowerfresh or instructions to keep them fresh, and the flowers were wilted, wrinkled and brown 2 days later. Very disappointing, especially for over $ 50.00. I do not recommend.

Sign posted outside indicating roses on sale — ten roses for $ 10. Went inside and was welcomed and helped. They hand arranged and wrapped my roses with baby’s breath. Out the door for $ 14! Local business too!
