Chad was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of selling my first house in the North Scottsdale area. I was initially worried and a little nervous prior to listing my house, but right away Chad helped calm my nerves and he guaranteed it will be easy on myself during the whole process. Additionally, my house was occupied when it went up on the market and he coordinated effectively to respect my tenants living there.
Chad was very attentive when trying to get ahold of him and always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. Chad is a great real-estate agent who is very experienced in the Phoenix metropolitan area. He went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and transitional. Chad Arend is not only the consummate professional… but was able to show us over 50 condo’s before we chose the right one! He never lost his patience with us… as he hauled us all over Mesa… Tempe…Scottsdale and Phoenix!

Chad Arend is a great agent. I cannot say enough positive things about him. Chad recently helped me purchase two homes in central Phoenix and I am looking to buy a third shortly.
