The resort property and the room were beautiful we couldn’t have been more pleased with that part. HOWEVER, the customer service wasn’t the best. After coming back from a early dinner and trying to relax(it is a resort that’s usually what they are for) we were subjected to the child above us running around close to two hours. After I couldn’t take it anymore we called the front desk only to have them tell us that quiet hour wasn’t till 10:00pm but they would see what they could do. A little less than thrilled with that. The walls seem to be paper thin. Hopefully with their new buildings it won’t be like that even so still not too sure we would stay again.

Service here is the worst! I called 4 different times for reservations and activities first time I was told to call back in 10 minutes, second time I was in the middle of booking an activity when the person asks«can I call you back a customer just walked up» I waited three hours before calling back and had to leave a VM. My husband was adamant about going there so he tried to call and was forced to leave a VM going on the third day and still no call back, we have booked another place that is wonderful!

We used their banquet planning service for an anniversary party. They failed to have the room set up as agreed to, in writing on the day agreed to. This resulted in us having to rearrange the room and worry about last minute fixes making this a much more stressful situation. On top of this the food served made 19 people sick later that night. An attempt to work out problems and a refund for food and items not supplied took three months. This was just an unpleasant experience to what otherwise was a wonderful party. Never again with this resort.

This place is physically beautiful, but the customer service is poor and i can hear EVERYTHING going on in the room above me. Worst of all I was very ill my first night here and in the morning I asked to have my bedding changed. I was informed that there is a $ 15.00 charge to change bedding. I spoke with both the manager and General Manager, but they were not interested in customer service. The GM actually sarcastically threatened me «Do i need to call the CDC?»…because I wanted the sheets changed after being sick with a virus.(I have this little exchange recorded). Based on this experience I will never stay at another Blue Green«Resort».

Had a great time this past weekend with my family. Nice pool, nice room, i liked the food. The only complaint I had about the trip had nothing to do with the resort. Someone could make a fortune putting in a good breakfast place anywhere within 3 miles of there. It doesn’t exist right now. But outside of that I had a very good time.

The service was good. Massage therapists were amazing and at a reasonable price, also easy to schedule appointments with them. They could afford to give away more toiletries though and not charge for«additional» ones. Pool could stay open an hour later instead of closing at 10pm. Lastly they need to take care of the roach problem around the pool at night! YUCK! I know roaches are everywhere but come on. Dodging roaches while bare foot by a pool at night is not my idea of fun!

Although the resort was nice, we were severely disappointed in the customer service. You would think that paying good money for a timeshare would result in a little more attention from the staff. We complained and the resort manager did offer us a few nights stay for free, however since this place is a 6 hour drive for us I don’t know that we will ever be able to use it. We appreciate him trying to make is right, which is why I won’t give them only 1 star.
