This company, I chose through a recommendation, quoted one thing and charged another. I’m highly disappointed, as it took five hours to move from one bedroom apartment to a one-bedroom condo and I did all of the packing myself. I also started moving items myself as the movers were too slow and too nonchalant. The movers milked the situation. Oh my achy breaky back and feet, I paid movers! Never again!

I had copperstate movers move our family in July 2014. The first move was into a storage unit and they provided good service along with the agreed upon price. We then had them move us from a storage unit into our new house(Sept 2014). The move went well enough until the crew had to reassemble our furniture that they had taken apart. It took 2 plus hours to reassemble a single bed at $ 125 per hour. The agreed upon rate was $ 100 an hour but somehow changed to $ 125 when billing came. We ended up with several damaged pieces of furniture including a caved in corner to a table worth in excess of $ 2000. I thought the owner/manager would compensate us or replace damaged items only to be highly disappointed. The estimated cost for each move was several hundred dollars short of what they actually charged in the end. Copperstate Movers talks a good game but in the end you are over charged and left with damaged furniture. If you decide to use them get written guarantee or you’ll be well over budget.

We arrived a day early from Dallas with a 32 foot trailer packed to the brim. I contacted Copperstate while on the road asking if they could move up my scheduled unload a day. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The crew showed up ready to work when they said they would and provided outstanding service. These guys know what they’re doing and they do it well!
