Copperstate Optical is the best. Husband and I have been purchasing our glasses there for over 30 years. The owners, Bob and Eileen are very professional and extremely helpful. Excellent quality of frames, lenses and customer service.

I have been a professional wedding photographer for over 19 years, so my vision is very important to me, which I have checked every year. The problem I have found is not the exam, or frames, but finding a quality lab for the lenses. I have tried other places in town, and none of them use the high quality lenses [Hoya] that Copperstate does, and worse, their labs are not located onsite. These guys are very knowledgeable and while they do not take insurance — their work is phenomenal — I have seen other lenses, made of inferior materials just provide the worst experience. Sure other chain stores might offer you 2 for 1 at less than X amount, but what good is that if your vision is compromised, where you do not see as well? How much is your vision truly worth? Per Day? I will make sure to have all my lenses created here, its worth all the pennies to see the best that I can.
