Tucked away in the Americana is a David Yurman jewelry store. As spectacular and iconic as the jewelry is, you still need people to showcase and explain the brand. I walked into the store on a Tuesday afternoon and met Taline Soualian. Calling her a sales professional for David Yurman is an understatement. You never know how good a brand really is until you want something fixed. In this case, a discontinued Yurman signature cable bracelet that needed some work. Taline looked at the piece, asked me some questions about how I would like it reconditioned, then told me the modest price it would cost to make the piece look as good as new. How impressive was her service? In the future, I won’t buy any jewelry except from her. To the owners of the store, congrats, having Taline Soualian represent your brand is just what a jewelry store needs.
