I was NOT happy with Nanette at all. I received her call a week after I left her a message. Okay, I could understand that, but then, the first thing she did was, she asked for my insurance info… Once I gave her my insurance info, which by the way she clearly accepts (since I got her info off of my insurance website and since she said what she said in the sentence to follow) she said: «Oh I am sorry My Blue Shield appointment slots are all filled up for a longgg time.» Really? I didn’t know you were not in control of your own schedule… UNPROFESSIONAL. I was under the impression that therapy is something one does to try to help others. This felt more like just business to me. Maybe she is a great therapist, but clearly only if the price is right
